Planet Smoothie

I recommend ordering online so that you pick up your order easily & quickly. The peanut paradise w/ whey protein & a chipotle chicken flatbread is my good to order. By ordering online you receive points that lead to rewards and savings. I’m leaving 4 stars due to the smoothies not tasting the same all the time. You could order the same smoothie 10 times and it’d be a tad different every time.

I went there and wanted something refreshing but sweet so I got a paradise smoothie added white chocolate with mango. Well the cashier was the best and the girls who made the smoothie initially obviously didn’t know how to read or make smoothies. So I politely asked the cashier “Alejandra” to add the white chocolate. She remade it with no hesitation no problem and it tasted exactly how i wanted. Alejandra was hard working going back and forth between making the smoothies. Giving out people their food and doing the front.

Snowbird here🤣 before we left for our first home in Michigan, we visited Tropical Smoothie Cafe here in Estero. Prior to our last visit (March 2019) we had very poor service, food and smoothies. My wife decided to give it one last time. Worse experience ever! The, and I say this with a grain of salt, manager could care less that we were unhappy with the product that we were given. I had a green machine, my wife, a sunshine, both of which were terrible. The consistency and taste were completely off, to the point my wife was worried we would get sick. NOW, we are back down for the season. Wife, again, said to give this location one last try...all I can say is WOW!!! This place has done a complete 180’ food was perfect, smoothies were the best we have had in all their locations. The staff? Unbelievably friendly, happy and attentive to our needs. I did see a new manager their when we were dining. Not sure his name, but who ever hired this man knew exactly what they were doing. Staff were having fun, while working very hard. It was busy, but you would never know, so efficient and stream lined. Now, my wife is taking all the credit by telling me to give this establishment one more try lol. Bravo to all that turned this seemingly dismal location to what it is now. Will be back very soon and have won both my wife and myself patronage.
