This is not a fast food restaurant. Food is prepared as it is supposed to be. Our wait staff was on point, answered our questions. Cost,was guite reasonable. Key to dinning out,don't go at PRIME TIME. Weekdays are best. Early lunch or dinner works most of the time. Best to dine out when you have NOWHERE to be. Have no expectations.

Great to be able to design dinner, have it made fresh & fast through the drive through.
Chicken marinade is great when the chicken is grilled. The chicken is good either in 1/4 or 1/2 pieces or chopped up in the Tropi Chop.
Good stuff, but the drinks are small & over priced - my only issue.
Good carryout lunch today. A bit busy but minimal wait for fresh chicken.

Went there mainly because my love likes this place, me well it's ok. You can go inside now order and eat there. We went through the line and had it brought to the car. We should have looked in the bag before leaving and would have noticed items were missing. Because of the distance from our abode and the business is wasn't worth going back and complain. The salads were good and the one sandwich was ok. Would I go back, not if it was only for me but with someone who really likes the cuisine I would tag along.

Great food, reasonably priced, quick, and clean restaurant. I’ve been to other Pollo Tropical in the area and this one is the cleanest. Chicken was a little overdone, but it was okay either the different sauces they provided.

The food was delicious, my son got the crispy chicken kids meal and loved the rice. They were a bit slower than usual but I went in after 9:30 and it was worth the 15 minutes. My meal was delicious and the price is fair. The dining room is well lit and kept very clean, with plenty of booths with room for a family.
