Wow - Update - Just gone 8pm and Food has arrived and it was REALLY AMAZING - Absolutely among the best Indian food I have ever had including some top London Indian restaurants!! - Unfortunately delivery was appalling - Ordered delivery; - over 2 hours and 45 minutes and no food, just lots of excuses including accident on A3 which Google maps did not show? Four chase up calls later including them putting the phone down twice when i politely asked when my food was likely to be delivered and still no food!! Looks great, great menu, website and online ordering look to be great but no food - How very disappointing!! Food ordered at just gone 5pm; - just after they opened to avoid delay, its now just gone 7.55pm and no food - They quote 45 minutes max. Whatever you do, do not pay by credit card as I did, I would suggest paying cash on delivery leaving you the option to cancel !!

Ordered a delivery and was advised it would take up to 20 minutes. Phoned after more than an hour and was told it would be another 15 minutes! No apology or reason for the delay given. The meal was eventually delivered by the restaurant more than 90 minutes after it was ordered! Very poor service and lack of apology angered me.

Food was really lovely, especially loved my prawn dhansak plenty of flavour and lots of prawns too and my partner enjoyed his chicken tikka masala too. Also really good value for money especially the meal deal £12.99 for curry, rice, naan , side dish and poppadom. Only thing would say is that the saag panneer was a bit dry would've preferred it to be bit creamier but still had good flavour. Fair to say i am stuffed! Would order again if next time the delivery man doesnt try bashing down my door when he cant find the doorbell, which i pointed out to him when i answered the door, although he was appologetic afterwards

Menu delivered, looked good so ordered Saturday at 7:30pm. Order confirmed delivery for 8:15pm. No show by 9pm so called, guy said the order has left so will be with us soon...ok accepted they were busy. 9:40pm still no show so called them again, not very good english, can't find the order, starts arguing with someone else in the kitchen. Then says order will be ready soon - hour and half late and still not done my order???.. told him to cancel it and that we'd never waste our time with they're inept business again. Awful, he really didn't care. Avoid. Chancers. Luckily I selected pay by cash.

Ordered a take away and was told it would be delivered in 45 mins.. After an hour phoned and was told another 10 minutes, phoned again and was mislead again.. Food finally arrived after 1 hour 45 minutes.. No really explanation or apology. The consistently mislead us on the delivery time and were not honest with us. Best avoided and will not use again.. Wow it only took you 3 years to respond!! Great customer service in action!! I expect to hear from you in 2024..

Had to wait 3 hours for delivery from this place. Called several times, only to be barked at and lied to constantly by the guy on the phone, I really don't believe the driver had been out for over two hours... Not only this but the food was terrible - naan was covered in sand or dust, totally inedible.
