Great service and selection of ice cream! Everytime we come here the staff runs the shop magnificently! We ordered a custom made cake and one of the staff members called me to make sure there wasn't an error with one of the spelling. Great customer service 👍🏾! Always tasty ice cream. And be sure to visit on the 31st of the month to take part of their special deals.

Terrible service! Cashier was rude and had an attitude. Store hours online said open until 10pm. At 9:25 they gave us a 5min warning that they were closing the lobby (we weren't aware that hours were not updated online). Right after we were told that they were closing the lobby someone from the back yelled "I just want to get out of here on time". I understand that they wanted to go home but no need to be rude.

Had a long line when we came. Only 1 server but she was killing it. She stayed patient and was friendly with everyone even with 11 people in line. Kudos to her on showing professionalism and exceptional service

The flavor of the month is "Love Potion #31" and it's fabulously delicious! White chocolate ice cream, with a raspberry swirl and heart-shaped chocolates filled with raspberry yumminess💗💗💗
