Depending on the time of day you go, will determine how busy they are. I love the fact that this location is still offering 24 hour drive thru. Usual busy time are around breakfast, like 12 to 2, 5:30 to 7 and then like between midnight and 1:30am.

FRESH and CLEAN ALWAYS.
a Lil too fresh last night at dinner time the 2baskets of fries weren't cooked all the way but piping fresh hot and 90% gets the special orders right or makes it right without burden me more or any attitudes/bad customer service!

Today was the second time I have went through the drive through and the staff did not put the lid on all the way on my coffee. Ended up burning my hands and spilled all over inside my car. My question is who is going to pay for cleaning my car? I spoke to the manager and all she said was sorry, I accepted sorry the 1st time but now I have a brand new car that smells like coffee.

The guy behind the counter was rude on the phone, I called and asked about the “land air and sea” and he yelled “ you do it yourself” then hung up. Very rude messed up my order three times already. I know it’s him because it’s always night shift, his name is James Peterson. If they fired him maybe it would be somewhere that was a decent place to grab a quick burger again.

Kid was stirring the flurry with the spoon with no gloves. It was obvious he made it wrong, since the mix ins were only at the top and his ungloved hands were in the ice cream. Considering calling health department.

Girl behind the counter was very nice and very pleasant. Ordered a crispy chicken meal. Got our food and the chicken sandwich only had pickles on it . No mustard, mayo ,lettuce or tomato, why not? Who doesn't put anything on a sandwich? The gentleman who was working in the dining area, got us some condiments to put on the sandwich. Very pleasant gentleman also.

Not as streamlined as the process should be. Preparation of food was ok. I get kids are working there but pride in one's work needs to be instilled

Service is good, food is typical McDonald's. We got bottom of the barrel basket of fries on our last drive thru visit (6:00pm). The fries weren't horrible, but they were not fresh, not very hot and were all small length. The last of a fryer load. Generally this is a pretty good storefront.
