Tim Hortons

Friendly crew, Clean store, Dairy and Non Dairy options, Lattes and Great Coffee brewed fresh every twenty minutes. They offer Breakfast and lunch, plus if you gotta sweet tooth try out their variety of Donuts, Cookies, muffins, and Bagels. I can't complain the app is user friendly, plus I use it every time I visit so I earn rewards.

In all honesty I greatly enjoy Tim Horton's coffee and bakery items. However my last two visits to the Tim Horton's on Peach Street (the one closer to downtown Erie) have left me frustrated. Last week I stopped to grab a sandwich for lunch. After several ouestions and answers I found out the store had no chicken or beef available to make sandwichs, but they could make a grilled cheese or BLT which I did not want. I would have settled for a maple iced donut but was told that was not available either. So I left and went to the next place on the street to get something. Today when I stopped I was tole the storw was taking only cash payments. I had only plastic gift cards with me so once again I left the store frustrated. This used to be a great store but I guess it has not recovered from the pandemic. I do hope the management of this location can turn things around. This was the first Tim Horton's I discovered and am a bit sad it has gone so far downhill.

I walked in the door a little before 6 PM, and thw first thing said to me in a aggressive voice was "we close in 45 minutes ". (1 hour before close) The display cases had no doughnuts I made a joke wow no doughnuts on national doughnut day? She said " you don't get a free doughnut because it's that day" I said I don't want a doughnut and I certainly don't expect one for free. I will go to the other locations never this one again
