Poor customer service. Employee made ordering complicated, very dirty everywhere, not a table clean except the one closed for covid, the soda was flat went to get juice came out as water, please need cleaned up! As well as the radio is very staticky and a large humming noise coming from same area!

Bathroom is disgusting. I almost fell, I don't know if the floors covered in grease or god knows what. All over pretty gross. Probably the biggest joke of a place I've had to deal with. I've had to come here for door dash and i always have to wait forever. Or be told it will take 20+ minutes for the food. While half of them stand around and do nothing. Incompetent is too polite.

I spent over 20.00 for one meal. The chicken no longer tasted like KFC chicken, my chicken had almost no meat on it, it appeared to have been under warming lights for days. It was hard and without taste. They didn't even bother providing napkins in my take-out bag. I'll miss KFC (the way it use to be) but I will never return there again. I wondered why no one was in the drive-thru during lunch hour.

Maybe one out of five times I’ve visited they have gotten everything right however for the majority of the time they don’t give you everything you order today I paid a pretty penny and am missing items called to make them aware they forgot main items and whoever answered seemed as if they didn’t know what they were doing and when the conversation was finished I didn’t even know he was done talking because he hung the wrong up mid sentence like my concern meant nothing.

If I could give this particular KFC a 0 star , I would. The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced in any restaurant. Poor performance on all levels. Will NOT go back to this particular KFC.

If you like cold food, slow service, habitually screwed up orders, and employees who don't care, then this is the place for you!
