Dunkin'

i went to this store this morning and ordered two avocado toasts with the tomato they were burnt and remade which was fine. The issue i have was the young lightskin girl at the window was extremely rude and had an attitude with me when all i asked was for my food to be remade which the other workers didn’t seem to have a problem with. Learn better customer service this is how you lose customers, not really representing the “friendly” service the company advertises

Super disappointed in the Dunkin located in Erie, PA. I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the drive thru someone mumbled something in the speaker and never said anything after that. I pulled into a parking spot and took my child out went inside and the girl working was very rude. Their Dairy machine leaked everywhere and they were cleaning. I asked how long it would take so I could take my child to daycare and come back and she rudely sighed and said I don’t know. She kept making comments of if one more thing happens I’m leaving and then I hope I slip and fall and can hold Dunkin responsible. Very rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t already pay through the app I would have walked out. The other employee was friendly willing started making my order and never complained

i tried getting modifications to my drink and they told me it’s against policy and training to get modifications to drinks. which is horrible because i worked at starbucks for a long time and i’ve gotten the same drink at dunkin everytime i went and now all of a sudden i can’t. your drinks taste like dog water anyways, and your employees have long nails that are actually against regulations. and your employees want to talk abt customers as they pay, why would i ever want to buy a drink from such a drama club??? cheap coffee for a cheap experience.

I went to this restaurant for a frozen coffee they keep stating every day that the machine is still broken why advertise a product if you can never offer it, to add on to this the young lady working in a gray sweatshirt you could see had nothing on under it and you could see she had visible hickeys as well I found that extremely disgusting and unappetizing as she is working at a restaurant. This location has gotten worse and worse over the years.

Pretty gross all around. The purple hair manager(?) was rude, the young man working the window wasn't helping at all, the young blond girl barista was the only one doing anything. The purple hair women took my cash and then started labeling cups, but was sticking her finger inside the cups without washing her hands. No one was wearing gloves. Maybe if they weren't all on the ground?..there must if been 5-6 random filled/ half filled drink everywhere. .My drink was terrible, I threw it away at a gas station on 90 and bought a coffee at McDonald's

Heading out of town for a day trip and stopped for some breakfast. Two of us had breakfast sandwiches and potatoes. They were very good. It would have been nice if the person taking our order had let us know about the 2fer sandwiches. Unfortunately not being super familiar with the menu, we didn't see the potential for savings until we were heading to pay. (A little outstanding customer service goes a long way.) The third person had donuts and coffee and enjoyed them very much.
