Food is always good! People are always polite and extremely courteous! So far every thing I have ordered has been served exactly as asked for and the portions are gracious! They certainly don't skimp on anything! They are no joke when they say big bar! Always pleased with my service and my orders! Employee went above and beyond as a gentleman and carried my food to my truck for me happily! I'll definitely be back to try more off the menu!

We ordered an 18" cheese, deep dish meat all, and garlic parm wings. Food arrived super hot. Great flavor and chew on crust, sauce like a marinara, very flavorful. Love the taste, texture, very satisfying. 5 stars all the way!

I am from NY and I know Pizza! I have tried them all in Erie and csn say that there is a new King of Pizza Downtown and that's BIGBAR. Both the NY XL and the Chicago Deep Dish are IMO the Best in Erie!

What a blast. Good music, perfect to go dancing! Some friends got charged double for their entire bills so check your bank statement! They decided not to say anything because it was like $19, but still!

So we ordered pizza today and asked for 2 large pizzas with extra cheese and pepperoni. And it came quickly pizza was good. But I decided to give them a call because I wanted extra cheese. Spoke to manager who told me they keep a good eye on the pizzas. He was doubtful that there was not extra cheese. He did a agree to send me a voucher for a free pie which was cool amd I appreciate that but he doubted me so I want to show pictures so you all can decide

If I could give 0 stars i would! We waited 2 hours for food and never got anything besides a server telling us that it was coming. Shes so busy and no manager or help. While 3 men stood in the kitchen just looking for food. Numerous togo orders left. Manager never came by never said anything. We ended up leaving and not getting food after 2 hours of waiting. Unreal!

Service seems like it can get messy at times. One server was running a very large area, but she did a great job! Very laid back experience, but very enjoyable. We will definitely be going back.
