Very clean and friendly.
Food was piping hot freshly cooked batter on fish was perfect.
Nice touch of being served a platter of pickles and fresh sliced bread.
Wasn't disappointed with the tea either.

Fantastic Fish & Chips, we had large cod and chips and were given some mushy peas to go with it. Really good portions and not greasy or oily at all. Batter has a lovely flavour. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely as a take away, I wouldn't bother with the restaurant bit. Lovely fresh fish, proper chips, big portions. Staff is friendly and corteous. Bring your own ketchup, the sauces are awful here;) still worth it.

Went to this shop as it was the only one open on a Sunday evening, but I’m very impressed. Ordered a saveloy and chips for my daughter. The chips are really nice and crispy. The saveloy was really nice as well, skin wasn’t too hard but wasn’t watery.
Staff were really pleasant to talk with and were very fast!! Defo worth the 5 stars

Tried these guys for the first time tonight and had the best fish and chips I've ever eaten and certainly the best in Epsom. The batter was superb, really crisp, tasty and a wonderful golden colour. The fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. Generous portion too. This is my new chippy!

I regularly use Plaice to Eat and have always had a great experience. The food is consistently well prepared and tastes great. The staff are friendly and offer a good service. Always happy to recommend this fish and chip shop.

I phoned to place a good sized order which was perfectly prepared and ready to collect when I arrived. Everyone was delighted with the fish and chips and it was excellent value. I will certainly visit again. Well done Plaice to Eat.

I can’t recommend enough. This place has always been our family’s favourite. Even after moving house we still drive there to get fish and chips. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Food is always made fresh. Never had a problem from there. Best Fish and chips in Epsom area.
