I don't know what it is about this particular McDonald's, but it's always slow and always poor service. I've stopped by out of convenience and/or to quiet the pesting of little ones in my car. I rarely eat fast food so I can't contest to the quality or taste, my kids seem to like it, but long line or not it always takes forever to get food and even this visit it took over 5 minutes just for someone to take my money. I rarely get a thank you or have a nice day out of an employee, in fact I don't even get a response back when I say it.
Kindness matters people. Smile, you woke up today!!

Visited yesterday afternoon, ordered from kiosk inside for to go order. While waiting, there was a couple at the right side register, where a young man was having issue with printer to get their receipt, at that point I was the only other customer waiting for order inside.
The young man at the left side register handed me my bag of food. I asked "How do I get my drink?" He mumbled something & pointed to the young man at other register who was having issue with printer. I assumed the other employee had to make my diet coke, & wondered why the guy who gave me my food couldn't, esp since he was not doing anything else but just standing there, but usually they give you a cup to get your own, so I thought maybe it's different here.
I waited, a lady came to fix printer paper, the employee who gave me my food stood with his back against wall & watched lady & other guy fix printer. I realized they had a soda machine for customers to get their own, & I seen the cups behind counter within feet of employees. I asked again, "How do I get my soda?" He mumbled something & pointed to other employee. I waited until lady fiished fixing printer so the other young man could give receipt to couple. They left.
The other young man looked at me as if ready to help me, he thought I was ready to make an order at his register. I showed him my receipt & bag of food & asked him "How do I get my soda?" He looked at my receipt, turned around, got a cup, handed it to me. I was confused for a bit, as I assumed there was a reason why I had to wait for this young man to get my soda or cup, rather than the other one who gave me my food at other register. I waited this entire time just so a certain employee could hand me a cup? (Until they were done, the lady fixing printer & young man @ that register did not know what I was waiting on, only the other young man knew.)
The employee who gave me my food is obviously one of those employees who won't do a simple task like handing a customer a cup because they think it's someone else's job, and makes the customer wait. He stood within a few feet of the cups, with his back against the side wall, staring into nothingness, & waited on the busy employee to finish fixing his printer. This is a modern problem I've seen in other businesses, where some employees have an odd, robot-like attitude about customer service. It's caused on both sides, the employer & employee. I will not spend my money at businesses like this.

Used to be good but lately have been dropping the ball. They forgot to put fries in the bag and my son didn't notice until he got back to work. They put pickles on my son's burger when he specifically asked for none. And I don't go often but twice now they've put cheese on my burger when I order it without. Tonight, I checked the receipt and the grill slip which both specified no cheese. It's disappointing because I hate cheese so much that I can't just scrape it off. The same with my son and pickles. I agree with people who say that you should check your order before you drive off. But why go through the drive thru if you end up having to go inside anyway? It's frustrating. And the worst part is that they weren't even busy tonight when I went. Someone just wasn't paying attention and ruined my dinner. At least my dog was happy because she got to eat another burger. She says keep up the good work and would like to give 5 stars.

Big Mac was sloppily made one pickle could they spare it cheeseburger was cold with too much onion and no piles chicken nuggets were overcooked and fries were cold. I will never recommend this franchise. Manger didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

A very unsatisfied experience for me. I've never once gotten a fresh meal from this store. The burgers are alway served on stale rolls. The fries cold hard and flavorless. And the drive thru set up is abysmal.

Drive through for dinner, bundle boxes are about 20$. We usually add about 5 extra cheese burgers, a 20 piece chicken nugget, and 2 large fries for around 51$. Seems crazy for fast food but feeds six people with a little bit left over.

I ordered curbside 10-piece nugget, medium french fry, in a caramel frappe. What I got was a Big Mac, cold hard fries, and my drink normally I would bite the bullet but this one I would have thrown it all away so I went back and without a problem or an attitude I got fresh large french fry and two 10-piece nugget! Even a sincere apology kudos to the manager working tonight the one on Main Street. Much better than I do service I received a few mornings ago

Drive Thru was quick with service for the time of day it was. Customer Service was friendly and very cheerful and on point with everything.
