Kings Teryaki

My husband went to kings teriaki for the first time and he asked for fried rice to go in separate container and instead of her being polite and saying sorry we can't do that, she just said no. My husband felt like he was treated this way because of the color of his skin. He felt very much offended. He went back in and asked for his money back because he didn't want to give to a company that treats their customers poorly. I was on phone with him and heard how she was talking to him. So I called and asked for manager and it was a guy this time defending the lady who was in the wrong and told me if I wanted to talk more to come in because he's too busy next thing I hear is click as he hung up on me. I will stick to my favororite place oshio. I have never had issues with them.

Unfortunately I don't have pictures, forgot to take them. Though the food have been good, I've had quite a bit from their menu, from the standard teriyaki too their soups and side dishes. Which have all been good and I've enjoyed. The place is clean and is easy to get into and out of, staff have been nice along with not have gotten any of my orders wrong. Though the place inside can get kind of busy/noisy and sometimes cannot hear each other or hear each other with the staff while make orders/requests.
