Jack In The Box

Went through the drive through at 2:30 am on 9/12/21. The lady taking the order (Janessa?) sighed and said “let me get to the counter and we can only take cash. I placed the order and paid. She handed me the receipt, bills and coins on top and the change fell on the ground. All the while there’s a lady standing behind her, glaring at me (see photo). At this point I no longer trusted the food and asked for a refund. Had to wait while they called the manager to come up to the store (I’m fuming at this point). I’m traveling, hungry and tired. The manager refunded my money, including the change that fell on the ground. She was very nice but she needs better employees. I won’t ever stop here when I go to Dallas.

Worst Jack in the Box I've ever been to,we got jumbo jack combos,and tacos... grease needs changed,tacos were nasty..hard and tasted like old burnt grease,so hard cannot chew,everyone tossed theirs in the trash,Burgers were dry but edible,they handed our cups,and machine was out of almost all soda,dr pepper coke,and sprite,told employee but did not do anything,had to ask to fill our drinks from drive thru,night mgr,kept going out to smoke in front of main door,he ignored our comments about the food.I will stick to the Jack we go to in corsicana.Never a problem.

Went to Jack for a chicken fajita pita because I figured it would be fresh, they were out, along with egg rolls, hot sauce and regular fries. So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and asked the young lady not once but twice to please make sure it was made fresh. The sandwich wasn't hot and neither was much else in the order. This was a huge disappointment and after a nearly $40 purchase, I expected a lot better.

Whoever clerked the drive through window today between 1:20 PM & 1:40 PM is really the customer service Jack In The Box needs! She was wonderful! My dog tagged along today and she loved her bite of ice cream she got as an extra treat today! Thank you again! Before I left the restaurant the woman manning the drive through ran outside to catch me before I left without my dogs burger! Food was hot, fresh, and extra dipping sauces were provided when asked. She went above and beyond today. Great customer service! Can’t wait to come back!

They can't get online orders right to save their life, the first time it was the wrong cheese and now my sandwich has no cheese, eventhough Swiss is in the name. They gave a cup of water, I ordered a dasani because I don't want their nasty ice( I don't think any place has clean ice machines). Iv had them substitute the chocolate cake with a cheese cake without telling my delivery person. I know they are probably understaffed but what the heck? Not to mention they don't answer their phone any time of day

The night shift workers and Managers are rude. They messed up our order and gave us food that sat there so long they were all dried out! They refused to give me my money back and they threw the food back at us. When I tried talking to the Manager. She laughed at me and said they are a Franchise and they don't have to follow any rules. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. My family and friends will never go back. Very disgusted!

Worse disrespectful workings in history working on Thursday march 24 2022 at 7:30 pm. Me and my husband pull threw the line to order and we don’t hear anything after saying helllo. So we say hello again and this lady on the mic says (I said give me a sec) in a very rude Tone. So we try to explain we didn’t hear anything and that it was rude to have an attitude with us so she puts the manager on. And as we try to explain to the manager she tells us to get out the line that we can’t order food. so we got upset And as we pull away she opens the window and yells f” you. And when I tried calling the store 5 times no answer. The worse place to ever go eat at don’t know why they aren’t fired yet.
