Applebee's

My family and I took my mother there last night and that was the worst service and food I have ever gotten. Took over thirty minutes to receive two orders of chips and salsa. Chip were very oily. Didn't receive the second order entill we said something. Took over and hour and a half to receive our food. The pasta was very dry the rice was not cooked. Our drinks were about the only thing that was on time. I would not recommend this restaurant to any one I know. This use to be a place were the service was great and the food was exceptional. Not anymor .

The steak was the best sirloin I've had in a long time, and mozzarella sticks were wonderful. You could tell they were short staffed and not expecting 3 large parties to walk in basically at the same time. So things took a lot longer then they should have. And the ribs had great flavor though they were a little over cooked. Not the wait staffs fault, they were busting their butts trying to get everything done, they just could've used some more hands on deck for what the night held.

the absolute worst server and the wait time was two hours. will never go there again and i would not recommend this joint to anyone. manager would not even talk to us about our terrible dining experience let alone offer anything to make up for it . after a two hour wait the food was cold and it was anything but good. very upsetting.

My family has been to this location to several times and the last three have been horrible experiences, between very long wait times once seated to be waited on, to cold food and being charged wrong. Today 18 May 2018 we waited 23 minutes for our waitress to ask us what we wanted to eat(there were only four other tables in the entire restaurant) once the order was placed it took another 30 minutes to be served. When the food got to the table it was cold. (Shrimp & ribs) I'd understand if the place was packed, however that was not the case. This will be my last time eating at this location.
