I absolutely LOVE Sakura and I'm very picky about my sushi, I suppose I was spoiled early on, but every time I've gone here I am reminded of just how delicious sushi can be. The service is great, they have attentive and polite servers, and the food is always presented in style and just delicious. I love the Spider roll! Unlike other places I go to, they darn near use the whole soft shelled crab in theirs, it's so good!

I have been to Sakura several times since they opened here. It's very good and I have always had great experiences there. I love the green tea ice cream and Ramune. The staff could be a little more knowledgeable. It seems like whenever I have a question, they have to go back to the kitchen and ask. Other than that, I've never had cause to complain of the service.

Went there for the first time today. The fried rice with all 3 meats was dry and flavorless. The salmon roll was also flavorless. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.

The servers were nice. Unfortunately the food wasn't. I have been to Japan and had REAL Japanese food. Now I understand this is Enid, but seriously? The sushi was overpriced ($4.25 for only 2 pieces). In Japan they are only $2 and Japan is more expensive than the USA.

They have the best egg rolls-haramaki! I love thier miso soup and thier salad dressing. It's a vinergarett dressing they make there so good. I always get teriaki beef w fried veggies. Love them and sauses!!!!

Long but worth the read...Customers BEWARE
Arrived behind a couple at lunch, keep in mind only three other tables with customers in entire building... We have eaten here six-eight times, not best, but it is Sushi.
Twenty minutes after being seated still no drinks or order taken. The couple that came in in front of us, already receiving their lunch. 25 minutes...server comes up to get drink order, we ask to order food at same time. We order food but unlike the several other times we ordered the same thing with cream cheese, we are told it will be .75 for each roll. Never being charged for this prior, I asked why and the server said because the owner says so. I say okay charge me but I'd like to talk to the manager please. She says no problem,. 35 minutes mark, get our drinks, 52 minutes we get our food and then I see the owner walk out the door...she didn't stop to talk.
Hour and fifteen minutes...we go to pay, ask if that was the manager that left, server said yup. I paid, left the five dollar tip (very nice server) and ask for a piece of paper. Wrote down my number and full name and stated to the server please have manager call me, if she doesn't call me back, we will not be back. Thinking, in this world of customer service, she'll call me back and we can discuss why I was charged extra and the very slow service.
Now this is what REALLY HAPPENED...instead of calling me back, she called the Base I am stationed and asked for the Wing Commander...said I was rude and disrespectful and never welcome there again. Yup, that really happened! If I worked at Walmart/Ford/Mall would you call the Regional Manager or CEO of the company. Just because I am military, am I not aloud to ask why I am being charged extra or why it took 52 minutes to get my food when there wasn't even ANY customers in the building after 40 minutes? Don't worry Owner/Manager I won't be back, because you don't deserve the business I provide. Instead you will have two customers on a day like this instead of three. I am disappointed. Especially because I was very nice to the server as well as left her a generous tip, even after the long wait. Does not seem rude or disrespectfully to me. If I were mad or upset, as the majority of people do, I would have never left her a tip or my full name and phone number. Why would you call to track down the Wing Commander saying I was rude and disrespectful, when you didn't even give me the courtesy to talk to me. You had no idea if I were really rude or disrespectful or not. It is not okay to call the a manager, boss or wing leadership if what you are calling on are lies, and this was definitely a defamation of character.

If you would like to sit down and discuss this face-to-face with my leadership, I can ask to make this happen. Our military being rude to our community supporters as well as defamation of character is serious business. Unlike you giving me an opportunity to speak with you, you have my full name and phone number, give me a call and we can make the arrangements.

Food is fine bit they over chrage for no food and they haven't changed their prices from Google. New owners can't seem to time manage, ordered for carry hour and sat an additional hour waiting for food.
