Okay so last night, I walked into DARCARS LEXUS of Englewood, with a very specific car in mind. We were greeted by Charles the sales manager, he was so polite and professional, he took us over to our sales rep Steven, I will say as a woman I walked in super anxious. But from the moment I was greeted and sat down with Steven it was like my worries melted away. We didn’t Feel rushed or pressured, we were spoken to as valued individuals. That to me speaks volumes. Steven and Charles Took their time making sure that we were completely comfortable and explained everything to us leaving us with basically no questions to ask but also not feeling overwhelmed by knowing everything. We’ve then met with Mark manager of finance. Mark was complete smooth sailing to work with by the time we were done with Steven. Mark had all our options lined up and explained everything to us in detail. He never once got frustrated going back-and-forth playing around with numbers his goal was to make sure that we were happy and comfortable. If I could give them a 10 star rating I would because from beginning to end it was the most pleasurable, smoothest car buying experience we have ever had. If your in the market for a car please go see these 3 men Charles, Steven, Mark. I promise you you won’t regret it!

I had an amazing experience at DARCARS LEXUS of Englewood. Everything went perfectly, very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive, more especially Natalia, she is the best sales associate I've ever met. She worked with me and made the process of getting my new 2022 LEXUS IS 350 F SPORT very smooth!!! Also, Blanca from the financial department she was the best. She explained every single detail regarding the loan and answered all of my questions.

I had a very bad experience with them, I do not recommend them. I had a 2019 Lexus Rx 350L. I went there to pay off my car but the dealer offered me a decent deal on a new car. I leased a Rx350 this time. I payed a down-payment of 5500 and received trade in credit of 4137 for my previous car. After all this paperwork I went to finance manager, Blanka Gomez, and asked her for a copy of the paper before I signed them but she said she couldn't do that until I signed. However, after signing I saw a bank charge of 6709.56. This increased my buying cost after end the lease period. My 2019 Lexus had a bank charge of 608.78. This time they charged me 6709.56 without explanation. I signed the papers because I was a returning customer and did not expect and extra charges either. I want an explanation for such a high bank charge compared to my previous lease. Below is my 2019 vs 2022 lease papers.

This must be the most unethical dealership I have ever been to. I went to purchase a Lexus NX350. Our sales associate was Neil F. We asked numerous times the MSRP price of the vehicle and he assured us the cost remained the same. We got a “good” deal we thought at the time and then met with Finance Manager Marlon M. While trying to sell us the additional warranty we noticed the price of the vehicle on the GAP paper didn’t coincide yet he told us to not worry. We got the basic GAP insurance add on. We asked Marlon to verify everything yet he told us AGAIN not to worry. We purchase this beautiful vehicle and a couple of days later notice there was a price different of almost $8,000. When asking Marlon, which took days as he would not answer phone calls and I had to send an email, he advised this was a “mark up” price on all vehicles due to demand that Neil (sales associate) was suppose to tell us. Neil then also washed his hands and advised the Finance Manager (Marlon) was suppose to tell us. In the end, NO ONE told us. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING YOUR VEHICLE HERE IF YOU DECIDE TO. THEY WILL TRY TO SWITCH VEHICLE PRICE. We had to return and speak with the GM Chris V who ultimately “took off the mark up.” Overall an awful experience, purchasing a vehicle should be exciting but it was stressful. the vehicle is beautiful and drives smoothly BUT BEWARE OF THE PRICES. MAKE SURE MARLON IS TO PROVIDE A PRINTOUT OF ALL NUMBERS!! It is unethical and highly disappointing.

I had such a smooth transition when I went to trade in my RX350 for the GX460 special thanks to Jin Ha Who made this all possible and his Team of Lexus it got Kind of rough with the numbers towards the end but at the end they came through with some decent numbers. special thanks again to the Darcars Lexus dealership. I came in on 2/12/2022 and this was done to me also. Luckily I was able to catch this before signing any paperwork but I had to talk to 4 others before it was removed. This practice is so UNETHICAL and really re-enforces the comments that Car Dealerships are scammers. Was at the dealership from 9:30 AM till 3 PM to purchase a car and most of the time was spent reviewing pricing that was added on AFTER I agreed to the price. Sales man, Finance Manager, Sales Manager, all lied to me and began adding fees. I did end up purchasing the vehicle after these charges were removed, which was only done AFTER I decided not to purchase the vehicle. The Sales Manager stated explicitly in front of all indivduals in the office that it was common in "this market" to add 8-10K to the price of the vehicle and I should be considered lucky since it was only $2000. THIS IS UNETHICAL since the upcharge was not presented in the 4 hours that I spent prior to signing and agreeing to a price.🤬😡🤬 4/3/21 update. I am still waiting for my license plate as it has been over a month and half. The paper tags are expired and I have to chase the sales person every week to get an update. Glad I paid $2000 in documentation fees that each contract has just to get my paperwork. This is literally my 4th car from them and the worst service ever. I guess by becoming DARCARs all the previous good service has disappeared.

I could not have asked for a better experience with any dealership. Shierf Hamzah was, without a doubt a phenomenal salesman. Initially, I came to look at a used car but ended up buying a brand new one! Shierf broaden my scope on all the available options. He was genuinely honest and provided luxurious customer service. He truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Additionally, all their staff members are super kind and well informative! They all maintain a superior level of professionalism and did their best to provide their customers with outstanding service. I am incredibly pleased with my time here at DARCAR Englewood and would definitely recommend!!
