Taco Bell

This location has been a mess for the past year. Always out of crucial ingredients: lettuce, beans, chicken, or beef. My latest visit...I try to avoid wasting gas and waiting in a long line at the drive through, I prefer to turn off my car (save gas) and interact face to face with the employees.... Upon entering, I was greeted by a new manager who said that the past is not prologue, things would be different, and they were. The quality of the product was much better. I am not crazy about the increased cost, but I think that if that is the result of the employees being better compensated for their work, I am okay with that. If you disagree, consider parking and making your order inside the restaurant so you can see how hard they are working non-stop to provide yours and other customers vittles.

Literally waited in line for 45 minutes with 4 cars ahead of us. Service is hit or miss depending on who's working the drive through. Half the the time your order isn't what it should be let alone they forget half your order. They need to initiate a hub lane if you will and have spots for those in the drive through that have large orders to pull off to the side like McDonald's and all other large fast food enterprises have so that those who order smaller orders have the right of way. I'm saddened by the quality of service and hope they fix this because they used to be a very well run establishment. It's causing friction amongst customers both in store and drive threw and the presence of "customers" who are under the influence of illigal substances causing issues in the dinning room are far from acceptable. Let alone a staff member had abandoned ship and walked to dunkin donuts to grab coffee for the rest of the crew mid a rush is unheard of. I would give this less than a 1 out of 5 let alone 10. I have received better service in the most unappealing of neighborhoods. This place needs to shut down or make some major changes. Puts the tacobell name to shame.

I'm not sure if it's this restaurant or all of them, but when you order a menu item, I expect that something actually goes into the shell. I ordered the Chilupa combo and there was like 3 little pieces of chicken in it. They were supposed to be supreme and I think I could count on one hand the number of tomato pieces in BOTH chilupas that are in the combo. I guess they think most people don't care about what they order, but I do. I totally understand food cost, but it's ridiculous. CHANGE UP YOUR CHEAP BUSINESS PRACTICES PLEASE.

The great thing about this chain is the bang for your buck. Truly can get a very simple meal for $1.29 and for just a bit more, something that'll fill you up. The food is good and prices fair. Staff is amiable. At the end of the day it's fast food but it's one of the best fast food places I've been at.
