Friendly's

Ordered to go burger and fries. NO MAYO. Burger had mayo. Fries were literally the worst ever. Greasy, and soggy. Unacceptable. I returned the food for a refund (did not want it remade, wanted to eat elsewhere). Was told refund would take a week because I ordered on the app. Still no refund almost 4 weeks later. Will not be back.

I am here right now in the parking lot my husband and I went inside to get ice cream there was a couple in front of us and then a group of 5 behind us. The couple in front said they had been waiting over 15 minutes and no one came out from behind the ice cream station or the back to seat them. So the lady and I went to the counter where we saw a group of girls working making sundaes and asked politely if they who was working the dining room and the response we got was so rude " Does it look like I can help you right now I am busy can't you see that when it slows down I can maybe find someone" she was very snotting and spoke to us with attitude which was definately not called for. Great job now all of us walked out and brought our business elsewhere!! Used to be our go to spot to sit and relax as a couple or with our family of 8 but if this is how the customer service is now no way will we be back 😔 seriously disappointed!

Order at around 9:20, says pickup time is 9:44. We get there around 9:50, they look confused when we give them the name for the pickup order, and say “we are waiting on the fries”. No problem. Fast forward to 10pm, I see the guy in the back actively making the side to my meal. We asked “did they forget to make our order?” The girl goes “no they are just packing up the fries”………… girl I just watched him make half my order. No need to lie, just apologize and move on. We didn’t actually get our food till around 10:15pm. And the fries were still cold……. So explain that? Try not to lie about things when customers can see directly into your kitchen.

I recently went to friendlys with my 4 year old daughter for lunch it was empty we ordered our food and the service was very fast that it was questionable... When it was time for desert I ordered a Oreo blizzard half way into eating it I noticed something inside. I put my finger in it and pull out a piece of thin clear plastic that was woven into my ice cream GROSS! won't be returning! Very Lucky my daughter didn't eat any she could have choked!

Twice I ordered a banana split and twice there wasn't any banana. How is it possible to go to a place known for ice cream and get no bananas in the banana splits. That's the main ingredient. Needless to say I don't do 3 strikes your out. Two times is enough to make me never go back there again. Never has this happened at any other ice-cream shop I've been to. Very disappointing 😞 😕.
