Subway

I work right across the street from this location for 3 years now and as a previous general manager at subway for 3 years I know the standards that subway requires. I can say that I've came to that subway a handful of times since working over here mostly because I feel that the store is not clean the employees get offended if you ask then to wash their hands after touching money or wipe off the knife when they just cut into another sandwich they act like you are completely annoying to be there and every time they have to end up unwrapping my sandwich because they mix up my sandwiches. Also every time I have gotten a sandwich the bread is stale and I usually end up not eating it for the most part I won't go there unless someone else in my office is treating because I feel like it's a waste of money and time I am usually in line for almost 5 minutes. Not only all of these things the manager and crew just looked messy and not presentable they looked like they just rolled out of bed as someone who has been on the other side of the counter I know what good customer service subway expects and for once it would be nice to have and crew in there there hat is happy to be there and nd make me want to come back. ..

Great service and good food. The food was fresh and the counters were clean and everything was organized and professional. Everything was on point and I am very satisfied about my visit. The employees had good customer service and felt welcomed as soon as I went in the door. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!
