Chick-fil-a

I have never seen such kindness. I frequent this location, but usually in the drive thru. This time I decided to go in. What I saw was so uplifting. Now I know why the employees are always smiling here. A supervisor came in and was giving awards, words of praise, and recognition to the employees here. Everyone was clapping and cheering. Wow!!! It actually made my day. I will definitely be back. Now I feel like the founders started this company to uplift the community and spread positivity, the food is just a sidenote. Tanner did an especially good job for me and some of the other customers there.

This has got to be the slowest, most unenthusiastic chick fil a I have ever been to. I've been to busier locations and have had faster service and better attitudes than this place. This is the most ridiculous experience. The food was also very disappointing. For the amount of time we waited, I expected the lobby to be busy and the pick up window to be further from the order box. Two employees were yelling back to the cooks about some ladies tenders (from outside the pickup window wedged between our car), there looked like there was too much drama happening for such a small establishment that had a normal lunch rush. Get your location together franchise owner!

This location usually has sour/bland lemonade. This is the last time I come get lemonade here, gave them too many chances. The Escondido and San Marcos location always has the same good sweet refreshing lemonade quality whenever I go there, but this location is usually a let down. And on top of it, they didn't give me any of the sauces I asked for. So now i'm eating chicken tenders without any sauce along with my sour/bland lemonade.

The food is great, but the service is poor. On a busy evening tonight I was asked to wait in their waiting line and I watched 10 other cars get served their food before me. My order wasn’t that large. When the attendant finally brought me my food it had none of the sauces I had requested. Instead of grabbing the sauces that I had requested and bringing them to me, the attendant grabbed another order and served the next customer in line and had no problem keeping me waiting. I finally honked my horn and he sheepishly grabbed the sauces that I had requested.The take-home message is... refuse to go in their waiting line if asked to.They will forget about you. Update: I’ve been here several times since this review and they have significantly improved their service.

We have been here a handful of times and each time the experience is worse. They staff is not friendly. They do not seem like they went through the typical chick fil a customer service training that the other stores went through. It’s not your normal chick fil a friendly feeling. A lot of the kids seem stoned to be honest. Who knows but I truly wish they would open another one in the vicinity so we could stop going here. I would drive a few extra miles for good service.
