I had placed an order two days ago for a dozen donuts shaped as the number 7 for my son's birthday today. When my husband came to pick up the order, we learned that it was never placed. Two other customers that were there at the same time were also complaining about their order.
I would recommend visiting the other Dunkin Donuts franchise on Kinderkamack Road instead.

I only go to this location because it’s next to work but 70% of the time my order is wrong. Either my drink is made incorrectly or a part of my order is missing. The evening shift crew just cannot get it right.
