Over time the food starts reminding me there's a lot better for cheaper. Go to Subway or a local restaurant instead. You'll see the difference once you get a meal that's actually worth the price. Quality of product here always varies.
Megan was not the friendliest of managers as well. Although I understand, id be upset too having to work at this place.

Just waited in the drive thru for over 25 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. By the time i got my food, my fries were colder than my sprite with ice. Also the wait probably had something to do with the fact that the few workers there were all congregated around the front window telling jokes and goofing off. Wish i could say this is a first time occurrence at this Ellsworth McDonald's but it's not. It's baffling that they are still open with apparently not one staff member with a high enough iq to tie their own shoes. Classless even for a McDonald's.

We stopped in for a cup of coffee and the place was in desperate need of cleaning. Not the usual issue where the table needed to be wiped off. Everywhere you looked it was obvious nothing had actually been cleaned in quite some time. The longer I sat there the more uncomfortable I got.

This is a good location but i don’t really like the food. The new chicken sandwiches are an improvement though. Maybe if they keep updating the menu they will win me back.

Filthy, counter tops and tables need cleaning. Condiment are filthy, no napkins, no ketchup. Bathrooms filthy, lucky there was enough toilet paper to wipe with.

Would not recommend they always miss something in your order, the sandwiches look like trash when done, and all in general most garbage mcdonalds I've ever had. They need to get their team together and teach them about having pride in their jobs. Like if I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

I understand it is the pattie the worker was provided, and the bad review should be aimed at corporate or the product providers, but seriously, if I buy the expensive chicken sandwich, the workers should have the common sence not to use a nugget sized peice of meat.

Friendly staff but had slow drive thru service. My food was good but fries were cold and not fresh for having to wait so long
