I went there today and witnessed amazing customer service. The young man in the drive thru treated me so kindly. He was dealing with a disgruntled customer and still remained so professional. It was unfortunate to see customers treat these employees poorly but he was sweet as can be and I truly hope he is acknowledged for his positive behavior!

After waiting for 3 successive complicated orders, I ordered 2 donuts and 2 plain bagels not toasted or cut. I had to wait 20 minutes and only got the bagels after complaining. Cashier gave better service to customer ahead of who split the orders to use double coupons. Poor management.

Katelin was rude and rushed everything. When we asked for one minute she rushed us through our order. Sandwiches were COLD and hash browns over cooked. Donut order was messed up. Thoroughly disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Person doing drive thru this morning was very rude and annoying, she messed up our order, and then tried to argue with us because of her mistake. I work in customer service too, and that’s not how you speak to customers.

I've come to this Dunkin 4 times now to get the new avocado and tomato toast; Two of the four times that I have come, I was told you guys didn't have it.One of the times I got it you guys were out of the tomatoes. I've successfully been able to get it with all of the ingredients only ONE time. Here's a thought, maybe you should spend less money on the advertisement for it and use that money towards keeping the ingredients in stock.

Terrible experience today at this DD. Extremely rude African-American woman with lots of tattoos should NOT be working the drive thru or any type of customer service. She was awful. Will never be going back to this particular one again thanks to her.

Every store that I have visited is always clean and coffee is fresh. That's very important.😁

I've only ever tried going here x2 since they've opened.
Staff was slow and not at all friendly.
Plus, both times they only had 2 or 3 kinds of donuts available (this was around 2:00 in the afternoon). Asked when they'd have more and was told not until the next morning.
Do all Dunkin Donuts not make Donuts all throughout the day?
With a name like Dunkin Donuts, you'd think Donuts would be always be on their menu & available.
What a joke!
