Starbucks

Starbucks is very smart on this location which it is away from food court and near the front of the mall. This makes the location super busy and line always long. Best just order online and do a pick up, it will save you a lot of time. However, my drink is below Starbucks standard. It's not hot and 1/4 cup is foam.

Usually I love this Starbucks. I work in the mall so it’s convenient on my breaks to get food and drinks. Nate is always very helpful and so is the ginger boy (don’t know his name). Today, working was a woman with pink hair (didn’t look at her name) and a few others. When I first went in to pick up my mobile order of a parfait, which is pre-made and requires no time to make, there was hardly any customers. I’m sitting here waiting and trying to order the one refresher she woman said they had in stock, but it was showing they didn’t have it on the app. She kept telling me it should be showing and walking away when I was trying to figure it out. She didn’t offer to help me or to have me check out a different way. I waited 15 minutes and during that time asked twice about my mobile order and all they said was they “hadn’t gotten it yet”, eventually I asked this other guy who was helpful and he got it immediately. I was going to just ask for water since apparently it was impossible to help me spend my money on a drink, but the woman with pink hair working at the drinks kept walking away when I tried to ask her a question. I’ve seen this Starbucks operate with only 2-3 workers super well when it’s been busy, but today they had 4-5 and it was only moderately busy and I couldn’t even get my order or a cup of water in good time. If you are a mall employee here you understand that you don’t want to spend your entire break waiting for an order that should’ve been super fast, watching people who ordered way after you get their things before you.

Great selection of drinks! I came here today to get a drink as I was extremely thirsty. There were lots of juices, coffee, and water. Food selection includes snacks like cookies, cake pops, ect. The guava passionfruit drink is definitely my favorite. It is so delicious and has an immaculate flavor to it. Definitely recommend!
