I've been to the Ram about 4 times and every burger, batch of fries, or sandwich has been Excellent. Not at all what I expect from a fast food place, the burgers, although cooked well-done, are ALWAYS juicy, tender, and very tasty, and the toppings are fresh. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mushrooms are always on point, and the Philly chicken was great too! The fries though... I never do crinkle cut fries, but the Ram has these down to a science, with the perfect amount of crisp to soft interior potato ratio, and salted JUST Right! Everyone I've brought (including my 4 year old son) has raved about them, but has a hard time finishing the small fries after eating their burger, so if you're looking for a GREAT fast food burger in the Deer Park, Milan, Chatteroy area, stop in. The staff are really cheerful too! I love them! This is my new spot!

The best huckleberry shake EVER! (Not the best food handling practices.) Tasty burgers & curly fries! (Just close your eyes so you don't see the handling of trash, cash, and then your food all with the same gloves & no hand washing.) We'd rate the food 5, but in the days of COVID-19 a 4 stars...🤞 We rate cleanliness a generous 2 stars. Cheers to building my immunities! (Hopefully we get to come again for a shake & see changes.)

My family owns some riverfront property just south of Ione. For years, every time we came back from a weekend up there, we stopped at the Ram for milkshakes (their food has not ever been worth the price. It’s not bad. But it’s not good. It’s just there) because they are, without a drop of doubt in my mind, the best. I’m not a sweets type of person but that peanut butter milkshake. It’s good. Why the two stars, you ask? Today, 18 January 2021, my mom, myself, and my son were on our way back into Spokane and stopped at the Ram. We got food. We go through the drive through and we order two milkshakes, a chicken sandwich, a kids meal, and a cheeseburger. We get our total. At the window we add curly cries and our order is adjusted. Mind you, at this point everything in our order was confirmed 3 times verbally by the employees. We get down the road, realize the chicken sandwich isn’t there. We turned around and I called to let them know but it rang for about 45 seconds before going to an unconfirmed voice mail. No problem, we just figured they were busy and by then we’re pulling into the parking lot. We hit the drive through and explained that our order was missing an item, and was asked to come inside for a shorter wait. So we did that. Unfortunately they don’t give out itemized receipts, which is a huge huge huge concern in this day and age...but I still brought the useless thing. I explain no less than 4 times why I’m standing at the counter and repeating the order. And then I was given my total! That’s right. Paid for food, didn’t get it, turned around, has to explain multiple times why I was there, and then I was expected to pay for another one. When I didn’t even get the first one I paid for. Oh also? Their cleaning standards? Abysmal. I’ll be sending pictures to the WA dept of health.

I love eating here. There is great customer service, the staff there are always very kind when I visit, and the food tastes great. My favorite thing to get is a Peanut Butter Milkshake, it is the best one there in my opinion. Their other milkshakes are fantastic, the burgers and fries are really good. The staff are always helpful and kind, and the drive through is pretty fast, especially compared to other places. I will visit again, probably a lot more.
