The worst place ever ! When on Sunday seem really nice with the outdoor and the DJ.. but the service was horrible. Sit outside no one came to greet us we had to find someone to clean off the table. Waited for a server no one came so we decided to move inside to eat. Still no one came until about 20 min. We order appetizers Empanadas and our food.. after 30 min we ever got out empanadas still waiting on our food 45 min no food.. so we decided to cancel our order and I asked for a manager guess what ???? No manager was available. We paid for our drinks and left. Definitely not a restaurant you want to go to with kids or not a classy restaurant at all. Horrible service. Bathroom we're dirty. So nasty. Never again!

I dont know about their service during the day but at nighttime and Wednesday nights their customer service is the worse and what about the female bartender from last night? I personally waited 35 minutes exactly for her to serve us a drink. She kept leaving the front bar unattended and people kept piling up making it worse for herself. If you guys know that at night time is going to be crowded they need more bartenders available and more nicer servers. Last night was my first and last time visiting the establishment and I WILL NOT recommended to anyone because the service SUCKS. Maybe new and more friendly bartenders should be added to the staff, let me know i have some great girls with great sense of humor and love for the job that would like to work cause the ones now seems like they dont even want to be there. Dont go to work for a check,go to work because thats what you like to do and is your field other than that send thos bartenders home.

Prior to sitting, the waitress attempted to clean the table with 1 cocktail napkin, while she was attempting to wipe the greasy table and saw that it was not working, we politely asked her smiling, "Isn't there any disinfecting spray?" She came back with a bottle of Windex and stated, "The owner doesn't like us to spray the tables because they get damaged." If you want a dirty table wiped down with a cocktail napkin, a $25 Picada of only Chicharrones/Pork Rinds (not joking) and inattentive wait staff, then this is the place for you. Cheers!
