Great Vietnamese cuisine! Staff was very attentive and did their best to make our meal as comfortable as possible. As a Vietnamese, I can verify the food was exquisitely authentic, and upon request, the chef will customize your food to your liking. My usual order is the Pho Đặc Biết, and the bowl itself is chock full of flavor, and the noodles and meat are of superb quality. Tables and seats were mostly clean, and I was surprisingly impressed at the cleanliness of the bathroom, since other viet restaurants I've visited in the past have been lacking in that department. Small detail, but greatly appreciated. Service may be slow during busier hours, but it's busy for a reason! Overall experience was definitely worth the time, I eat here frequently now! Highly recommend.

They don't know the meaning of customer service. I order the spicy beef noodle soup to go, by phone. The guy that took my order was extremely rude! He said I can pick my order in 2 minutes (I was near the place) they took 15 minutes to give it to me. Finally, took my food home just to realize it was frozen and didn't had a good flavor. Very disappointing! If there was a 0 star option, I would definitely had done it.
