I ordered the office coffee and it was the weakest I have ever tasted
They were not organized behind the counter at all
I wouldn't order from this location again

Order was ready on time. The muffin I had ordered wasn’t available. But I was given multiple replacement options. Otherwise order was correct. On my visit, store seem to be run by a couple young kids. They were very polite and professional. Coffee and treats were very tasty. Probably the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to.

Let me start by saying they forgot to give us part of our order and we waited for a good 15 minutes. We started getting upset since other people would get their orders within minutes. My friend was about to go full “karen” on them while she spoke to the manger. The manager was very surprised and apologetic about the situation. He gave us the missing items within 2 min and continued to apologize about the situation.
We will definitely come back as they provided outstanding customer service. The manager did not make excuses about the situation and fixed the situation right away.
The coffee was quite tasty and the doughnuts were soft NOT stale

Lately they have been running out of everything which is not normal for this location but considering covid its understandable, other then that no complaints. The orders are correct, doughnuts and other menu items are always fresh.

All the donuts are delicious. I highly recommend the apple fritters but they always sell out, so get them early.
