I think management has changed because this branch used to get orders right maybe 50% of the time and now they are great!

I’ve never had a bad experience here so I guess I’m really lucky and there was a really sweet girl working the counter who was just so nice and helpful. And when they haven’t had the French crullers in the display they’ll check to see if there’s more!

Great service and food. It is comfort food but if you are worried about indulging then choose healthier options. Dunkin has plenty of those. Eat a classic donut. It is only 270 cals or less and then go for a turkey sausage and egg wrap or another healthier option where you can get lean meat and protein.

Dunkin has always been my favorite morning place, but lately, the donuts are hard, not only at this location but in multiple states. I travel, so I experience multiple DD. I also used to work with DD over 30 years ago. So I definitely know the change. But I'm still going. 🤣. And glad you started the sweet tea again. That was a fail for the stores.

Stopped in Dunkin in El Paso at Festival and Mesa. We had the best experience!! The manager Eric was super polite and helpful to the customers but I was SO impressed with how he spoke to his staff. He was so professional and treated them with the utmost respect. It was wonderful to see a young man representing himself and his employer so positively.

Honestly the best Dunkin in town ny coffe is always made perfect and the staff is super nice and is very caring. They appreciate there regulars and everyone that comes in. It is also the cleanest dunkin donuts. P.S. the wifi connection is great!
