I have only been here twice and both times I've been greater as I walk inside the door. I've asked what type of drink they recommend, especially to quench my thirst. They gave me a good recommendation plus the staff have me a tall cup with water and ice while I waited! No matter how busy and packed it gets, they're able to get me in and out quickly. Thank you!, excellent customer service!

Jamba Juice is small, clean and organized. It's located in a large plaza on El Monte. Staff were amiable and competent. Prices were fair. They have plenty of healthy smoothies and bowls to choose from. I chose their plant-based apple n' greens smoothie which has apple strawberry juice blend, kale, mangos, banana and peaches. It only has 320 calories. Perfect for a sizzling hot LA weather. Overall I had a very thirst quencher and healthy smoothie.

I ordered the delivery option from this location, and I just don't understand.. Right out of the bag, they were not even Jamba Juice cups.. they were general, run of the mill cups.. I got the cold brew coffee, which I've had and enjoyed before, but it was disgusting, and stringy when I poured it out in the sink.. Next they gave me a breakfast sandwich instead of the veggie spring item. No indication from an email, saying something would be wrong.. just wow. Sent in a complaint, hopefully they don't mess up even more and not give a refund.

Customer service here is horrible. Never got to order, and I was the only one in line... How pathetic is that for a Jamba Juice. Waited for about 10 mins. No acknowledgement for customers in this place. Now I know why it's always empty 🤔🤔. I even had time to wave hello to the security cameras , show them I was waiting 😂😂. I wish I could give you negative Stars .....

Very disappointed in today's smoothie and the service. No greeting when I walked in. Took 2 guys 10 minutes to make, it was not busy and they were busy talking and laughing and complete forgot about my smoothie. I asked for a smoothie, not a fruit bowl. It was not smooth, with huge chunks of fruit. Bad quality and tasteless.
