This 7-11 was very clean. The clerk was very nice and pleasant. They have a decent selection of cat and dog food. Right now they have a great deal on Mike's hard lemonade. 2 for $3.50. Great price! Right now, there isn't a wait to get into the store. Masks are not required and no temperatures are being taken. As I was leaving, I reached for the handsanitizer, but it was out. That was really the only thing that wasn't up to my expectations.

This 711 is one of the best 711s in San Diego. No doubt. The owner he's a big tough guy on the outside but he's super friendly and he cares about the customers a lot. The 711 is also cleaned and the shelves are organized. No messes. This location also has alcohol. You can get in quick and grab what you need in no time at all.

TAMMY ruined my entire experience at 711. I walked in with a smile on my face and collected my items only to approach a counter with a woman who does not care about her customers or her place of job. When I asked her for a bag she said, 'for what' when we clearly had two boxes of soda, a milk jug , a double gulp as well as two big bottles of water. I said for the water and candy and milk and she proceeded to only give us one bag and put our waters and candy in it. When asked for a second a bag she said it is a charge of 15 cents even though we were using EBT. I've never had an issue with someone handing me a bag I needed until today. And when I asked her to for her name she said 'Tammy but I won't be working here next week so it won't matter,' and it most definitely mattered to me. Anyone who hires this lady must be prepared for her lack of empathy for others as well as the inability to act professionally at work. She definitely needs fired and talked to personally about her behavior. I will send an email to 711 corporate as well. Whoever hired her does not care about the customers as well because it is easy to tell she doesn't care about anyone but herself.

The cashier "Brian" is a thief. I am positive tbis is a scam hes running. BUYER BEWARE. He overcharged me by almost 50 over a period of THREE transictions. Kept saying my card was declining it even after I told him 2 transaction had already gone through my bank. No return call from management. Guess this is okay with them.
