Subway

Tried to take advantage of the buy 2 get on free and what a circus. NO WHERE does it tell us to order the 3 and they will credit one. The offer is only good as well if you order online and its impossible to get your sub customized online since they do offer every option online. They had me void my order online [but no one could tell me how] and then order 3 with the credit popping in at the check out amount. THIS SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ALSO WORKING WHEN THEY TRY TO SPEND MONEY WITH YOU. What an awful experience, we will not be back. The specials are not worth the hassel it takes to use them.

We have have here before for sandwiches and service was good so we were in a pinch and needed a platter for an event. Went in and they said they couldn't do it and needed 24 hour notice for a platter. 24 hour notice for 5 sandwiches cut into pieces. Sounds good! Went to the other subway on Avocado and the manager there Chris hooked us up and got exactly what we needed. At least subways are everywhere!

Excellent service, friendly and smiling staff. Teagan is one of my favorite Sandwich Artists at the Rancho San Diego Subway. She makes the sandwiches so perfect that each and every bite has all the ingredients. I have switched from my other lunch stops to Subway. Thanks Teagan and see you again this week! 👍😊

went in there today and got a salad and a 6ince sub combo I got charged for 1 12in and 2 6in subs Plus a kids meal My mistake I didn’t realize this cause most of the subways I go to are efficient Plus I used to work at one The girl who served us was slow and then when I got home I called multiple times and there was no answer This plac bothers me I don’t plan on going there again
