Arby's

The ads got me. I caved for the new Waigu burger. 7pm not really dinner rush, ordering was fast and great. After order it took 15 minutes to clear the 1 car in front of me the whole time circled by homeless. After I got to the window the took my payment provided a receipt then was about to hand me some one else's order. I confirmed what I ordered and the worker left. 5 minutes later another kid came up and was about to hand me the same wrong order. I again confirmed the order a few minutes later I got my correct food. That waigu burger was sloppy and rushed for a 20 minute process.

The food was good. I had the chicken strips from the two for six menu and a Greek gyro. Unfortunately I did not get any dipping sauce for the chicken, and I asked for extra Horsey sauce and also did not receive it. But I left hand forgot my drink,band the kind lady at the counter brought it out to me before I could pull off.

Sooo expensive for bland food. Got a 3 piece chicken strips meal and the were the size of nuggets. Edit: Arby's customer service actually read my review. The store manager called me and corporate sent me an apology and meal coupon to ask me to try again. They gained a star and i will try again. They have my respect.

The food was ok. I ordered in the drive thru and the speaker was on the fritz. The employee had a difficult time hearing my order. The service was slow and I just ordered curly fries, crinkle fries and 2 sodas. The curly fries were undercooked so it was like eating a raw potato. The crinkle fries were ok.
