China Buffet

Been here 5 times in the last month alone. The freshness of the food is very hit or miss and that is why I give it 3/5 ☆. The inconsistency and the fact that they add the old food from their trays back into the new trays they put out is super disappointing. I have learned to go on busy days of the week during their busiest times to get fresh food (Friday nights, Saturday nights, Sunday lunches, etc). They charge $15 per dinner plate and that includes the dinner buffet and your drink. I appreciate they clear our empty plates quickly, every time. When the dinner buffet is hot and fresh, it's definitely 4☆. Flattering photos included in my review from today's Easter Sunday lunch. (Dinner buffet times are earlier on Sundays so this is their dinner buffet). I do like to come in and get dinner buffet to go at times. It's fairly cheap and it's priced per lb. Love their crab ragoon, fresh mussels, fresh crispy shrimp, and hot n sour soup consistently.

I accidently spilled some soda on the floor, when I informed the help(a younger Asian girl)..I was answered with a huff, like it was a burden to clean up. I would've cleaned it up myself but how in the hell am I supposed to know where to find the mop. The food was good and hot. Owner lady was nice. The host, busboy... was very polite and cleaned table of regularly.

Wife and Ibqere on the last 4 hours of a 17 hour drive back to Cincinnati. Decided to sit for a meal. Sunday night, 6:30. 1 buffet table of cold, poorly cooked frozen food, not a single chicken wing in the place. Half a buffet table of seafood that smelled like it was rancid. Even the soft serve ice cream had a horrible after taste. Fried calamari was frozen and tough and cold. Crispy shrimp was breaded with the shell still on the shrimp! Over $30 for the worst Chinese buffet I've seen. Disgusting! And they have thr nerve to post a sign at the register threatening to charge an extra $4.99 if you "wasted food." Maybe if they didn't serve poorly cooked frozen food, people wouldn't leave half full dishes.
