Every time we stop there to get bagels they never slice them properly and I have told to to slice them with care and they still end up cutting one side to small and the another one is always too large to even eat

Right off the interstate- a great pitstop. Panera's food is always consistently good and this location is no exception. There's a really nice outdoor seating area and the Landscaping is really nice as well. The restrooms were fine when we visited.

They had a very small error in our order but were extremely gracious in correcting a small mistake. That is terrific customer service orientation

Stopped for a lunch on our road trip. Had some hot soup and a sandwich. Friendly staff took our order after no waiting in line. Wait for food was a bit longer than we would have liked, but not unreasonable. It was pretty busy. Overall, we enjoyed our visit.

I eat here every time I come through Effingham, about once or twice a month.
Always clean, quick order and very quick service.
Food is always good and fresh as one might expect from Panera.
There is a patio setting available as well for those who want to sit outside.
Definitely recommend it and will absolutely come back.
