Came with my husband and 3 young kids to eat. The food was so delicious, large amounts for nice price. Everyone was friendly, &helpful. We Would definitely recommend this place to eat! Would like to come back again in future. (We live in bethalto and stopped by while in the area)

Oooh myyy gosh, i ordered a cup of chili and it was the best chili ive ever tried around town!! and THE STAGGER STACKER was a good @$$ burger too!!

Absolutely love the Stagger Inn. Wife and I go almost every Sunday! The BBQ bacon cheddar burger is pretty awesome and it comes with a small mountain of fries!
However I was unaware that minors are allowed in the bar during certain times I assume. This is unfortunate if your looking for a purely adult atmosphere. I've never seen a minor in there other then on the week days though. Other then that, it's a great place.

Amazing dining experience. Service was second to none. Ordered and went to wash hands food starting to pile out before we got back. Great portions of everything. Burger and chips, house salad, large chili, garlic pepper chicken wings, fried mushrooms and pickles, large fry, 3 sodas for 45$! Our table was full! My kids heads were on swivels with all the decorations deer mounts were their fav lol.

Service was excellent until I closed my tab. We decided to stay after 2 drinks a piece but due to closing my tab the bartender Tim decided to refuse to serve drinks to the table. The saddest fact is we would have tipped him more for the extra work, instead he did not think running a card was worth the time.

Always loved the food, but I turned 21 yesterday and the older gentleman bartender with the white beard gave me a shot and wouldn't let me pay for it. I tried giving him cash and he turned me down saying "enjoy your 21st man". I've already liked the service I've had eating there, but this most certainly solidified a happy returning patron. Shoutout to you, brother (didn't get his name), thanks for helping to make my 21st a memorable one!
