Ordered a breakfast baguette and it came burnt and rock hard. Couldn’t eat it. And when I tried calling them from Google it said I dialed the incorrect number so couldn’t even get in contact with them.

I ordered a sausage roll,as soon as I bit into it it was so cold and hard. I politely asked if I could wait for another one as I couldn't eat that.A lady proceeded to shout at me Infront of everyone that my attitude stinks ,I ended up just walking away silently.
