Tim Hortons

I went to Tim Hortons with my grand daughter today and the staff is very nice helped us with our orders. The food was pretty good except the bread was cold with my chili. The girl that help us I think her name tag said Juliana was very kind. She was patient and kind enough to explain the menus and even brought our food to our tables because I have trouble walking. The guy that helped her make the drinks was also very nice. Very good teamwork keep up the good work Tim’s 😁

I have yet to find a Tim Horton's that isn't to my liking on some level. Whether for the sandwiches, or more likely, for the Tim Bits, which are practically a narcotic and could be classified as a controlled substance if they were more prevalent in the US. This time, it was all about the Tim Bits because I can't make a trip to Canada and not consume at least a few of them. I bought the biggest box available, went back to my buddy's house and destroyed it in under five minutes with my nieces. My only wish is that I had some right now. To the powers that be there, I live in Las Vegas and first, doughnuts in general are very popular here. Second, many restaurants that are very popular in other places open locations here because we have tourism from all over the world and it's a great opportunity to either expose new audiences to your product or give visitors from Canada, a touch of the familiar when they're visiting the desert. Just sayin'...

This is one of the best Tims I've been to. The owner must order from the premium list, because EVERYTHING tastes better, the bagels, the bacon & eggs, the coffee and the fruit explosion muffins are unreal here, they are chalked full of berries and real raspberry filling, not cheapbpie filling like all the others. I'm in the trades and hope we have more work down here 😆

Saturday, June, 13 @ 6:43 Every time I come by this Tim Hortons, I am occasionally met with a guy who has the most outstanding customer service I have ever met for a very long time! He was operating the drive through around this time. He understands my order and made sure that it was correct like always, when he takes my order. I have a customized order for my ice cap, it isn’t made the way I would like it every time at every location, I understand. But to meet someone as kind, caring and efficient as him is always such a blessing in customer service. Really makes your day brighter and a smile on your face after you meet someone like him in the customer service field!
