Fatburger Westlink

I come to fat burger and you guys give me a raw burger this is disgusting stop rushing food out this should not happen. I had to drive 30 minutes and get no food. If i get food poisoning definitely wouldn't be good . 🤢🤮 staff was very polite handled a refund and a free burger even though i wont return

Me and my husband love Fatburger but not the breakfast menu. Before pandemic we had our breakfast on this location and the pancake was no good. July 3 we came back and try pancake again hoping they change their recipe . But it get worst. Its so thin like crepe but at least crepe is soft. The one we had is thin n hard. Its not a pancake that you can serve in a restaurant. I dont have a picture to show it . Please change your recipe for pancake

Went in to order supper for my son and I. As soon as I walked up to counter, the employee was rude to me. I ignored her comment and started to place my order when she started to laugh at me. I asked her why she is laughing at me and she replied she was not laughing at me. I told her she was a very rude and ignorant person and left. I will never return to any fat burger store again. I should of learned the last time I was there and the person serving me yelled out skinny tip and they ruined my burger.

The restaurant was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was welcoming and the service was quick. There is a ton of choices and the food was flavourful. Would highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for great tasting burgers. The staff kept checking in on us to see if every thing was okay and met our expectations. Keep up the great work Fat Burger Westlink. We are definitely coming back:)
