I would give it 0 stars if possible. Ordered Quesadillas today. No salsa or sour cream dip provided. Chicken tasted stale. The quesadilla was burned from outside and raw from inside. I can make better quesadillas at home, regret wasting my money. I wonder how they are still in business. This was my 2nd time trying there and the experience was worse each time.

Very disappointed with the service I received today. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years and we have usually had a pleasant experience. Some of the previous staff even had our orders memorized from how often we stop by. The reason we come back is because of the nice people who were working there and they take spc. The people working at the drive thru today around noon were talking in a way as if we are a nuisance to them. They asked for the 4 toppings I wanted for my burrito, and when I said them they immediately said “if you want more than 4 toppings it will be an extra $0.25 each” in a unpleasant tone. I never get more than 4 toppings anyways. Then I said I have my spc card for the free chips and salsa, and the lady said she will have to see if it’s available. When we pulled up to the window a different lady told us that they not accepting spc anymore and it’s not an option on their screen. We had come just a few days ago and they had accepted my spc for the free chips and salsa (like they have been accepting it for the past 2 years every time we come). I even showed on the app that spc is valid, and that I had even come recently so it’s not like this franchise specifically never took spc. When I showed on the app that this offer is still valid she didn’t even look at it and said they don’t have it. An older lady working there seemed to be training new staff that we haven’t seen there before. I am not happy with this experience today and I do not think I will be coming back to this location much anymore if the few older staff and new staff are just going to speak to customers as if they are a nuisance and make up rules saying they don’t accept student discounts when they clearly do. Anyone who uses spc, please avoid this location as they are not honouring the student deal anymore. (Posted April 20, 2022) Edit: I have sent you another email in regards to this experience. Excellent food, friendly staff but the times I've been there recently they are most often out of something. Maybe this I'd just a recent supply chain issue many places face but it's frustrating, and I'm not particular. For example it was their season greens for the bowl, and no substitution was offered in terms of not charging for extra veggies or alternates. Additionally, the service is a bit slow. Nothing to do with the staff, but maybe how many there are working at such a busy location. I LOVE the food though, so I still come back but just understand I can't have my heart set on something and it will take a little extra time.

Just horrible customer service. I placed an order at this location online for curbside pickup by accident and called right away to ask for it to be cancelled, they instead proceeded to tell me there was no online order even though I gave them a receipt number and told them I was already charged. They then told me there was nothing they could do and hung up.

I went to this location at 9:35PM. Their hours are listed as 10:00PM close. They also had the “Open” signage up. This is very unprofessional and misleading. Do not go to this location when it’s 30 minutes before close on a Friday. Clearly the employees had better things to do than provide minimum quality service.
