First time here and the experience was really good. Ordered the curry jerk paella with chicken. Tasty and flavourful! Portion size was good per the price. The place was simple and clean. Staff was super quick and pleasant. Will return to try out the other food items.

I have ordered “you jerk salad”. The presentation, the flavours, the quality of ingredients just outstanding. The perfect amount of dressing for the size of the salad.
The spinach deep was delicious.

Yesterday we had the most delicious lunch in between hockey games from The Greenhouse! The menu had something for everyone- kids, parents and grandparents. The salads/ pastas were fresh and quickly devoured. Can’t say enough about the food quality as well as the customer service! Highly recommend for a quick healthy option. We will be stopping there every time when we visit Edmonton.

Great Keto options. They have cauliflower rice and you can sub a side of raw veggies for things like pita bread on a spin dip. The only awful thing is the parking.

My mom was craving a salad and I googled “best salads Edmonton” and immediately found rave reviews for The Greenhouse. We had an incredibly delicious lunch: You Jerk Salad and Brain Food Salad. Not only were they beautifully prepared, the ingredients were so fresh and the dressings unique and sooooo flavourful. I have never had a salad this delicious!
We had the opportunity to learn a bit about the origins of this brothers owned business from proprietor and Chef Mikhail.
Mikhail and Amilkar are doing so many exciting things to promote nutrition and have wonderful collaborations with the local sports and fitness communities, as well as with youth. 13 years strong!

Wraps and salad are amazing here! They recently moved from UofA area where I heard they had an amazing reputation. My coworker actually said their Caesar salad is so unreal, people called it "crack salad" at UofA hospital lol

Love it so much. The AC could be a bit more effective but the menu has something for everything. The food decor and service were great. Will absolutely go back.
