This franchisee never has or honors the advertised deals. Never has hot food avaliable and some employees are extremely rude. I was not asked for if u had the 711 app or a phone number to receive my points, I had to tell them and the employee seemed annoyed. They are not a good representation of 711.

Absolutely horrible experience as we got 2 biscuits we sausage and it was not after we paid, the cashier told us the microwave doesn’t work. And he wouldn’t let us switch to the breads with the same price. The cashier has a horrible attitude which is not worth a visit. I would appreciate him if he told us the microwave doesn’t work. Our car is doing inspection, otherwise we would visit any place for a quick food instead of this terrible 7-11 store. He waited for us to pay, then tell us the microwave doesn’t work. Would not recommend, trashy owner.

We would give a 0 if we can. The owner barely speaks English and we asked a question he gave an affirmative answer with body language. But it turned out that their microwave doesn’t work, and he didn’t tell us that before we pay. Out car was having it’s inspection and we wanted a quick bite. The scurvy service ruined the experience. The owner told us to heat what we buy at home. Sure, we can do that. But that’s not what we looked for. There would be no complain and I would give a 5 star if he told us the microwave doesn’t work before we paid.
