Mcdonald's

Now i know not to expect much when it comes to mcdonald's. But like you cant even read ? You are just on auto pilot and don't actually see what comes on the order screen ya just skim over it. You know, i was really opposed to the idea of robot replacements because it would hurt the worker. Ya know what. Idgaf now, no one gives an ounce of caring anymore about there job and hay maybe my orders would quit getting messed up.

I gave my order but nothing was said back. No total or instructions to pull up to the window. So I sat for a sec then decided to drive up to window. Turned out we looked at the menu prices wrong so it could have been nice for us to catch that in the beginning but the total was not read back instead of at the window. Seems like there is not a lot of customer service these days.

Went through the drive thru and they put everything on my burger when I asked for ketchup only. Drove back around to get it replaced and confronted with a 17 year old employee (he felt it was important for me to know this and told me). He started laughing at my frustration of having to replace the item and proceeded to tell me " I am not sure why you are even telling me, it is not like I even cooked it or bagged it". Called for his manager. She told me "what else do you even want, he said he would give you a new burger". No apologies and only more frustration as the young employee thought it would be funny to hand me my replacement while laughing and sarcastically saying I can check it before I leave this time. Terrible service. Clear in the reviews that they hire anyone here and will keep them no matter what is complained about as they seem to think their customers are "all wrong and they are doing great"
