BBQ Lamb Skewers, Lanzhou Beef Noodle, any of the Biang Biang dishes, and their minced stewed pork sandwiches are definitely my favorites. Try the garlic cucumber salad also. It tops everything off. Honestly try everything, eventually. These are just to get you started! Will mention that your noodle dishes are generous in portion as well. Come hungry!

Overall, this restaurant has some fine noodles. It is very time consuming to make noodles like this, and even more so to perfect them to the point that is is chewy and firm. I feel like the side dishes could improve, though. Thing is, the pickled cucumbers were a little too sour. I think they would have been better with some sugar in the marinade. The "mouthwatering" chicken, as stated on the menu, was filled with bones, and the chicken was too small. This makes it taste too salty, which is pretty sad. The beef tendons were very tough and cold as well, another slight disappointment. However, their pot stickers were good. It had a distinct taste of leek, which was pleasant. 4.2 stars.

This is not your typical Chinese restaurant: no orange chicken, no Kung Pao, etc... It stays true to its roots, offering dishes from the Northeast region of China. It is therefore an adventure for those who have not had such taste combinations which are full of great spices. One of the common dishes of this area is a full chicken over noodles and strong spices. It's enough for the whole family. There are many small dishes to try as well. It's a unique taste.

The hot oil seared biang biang noodles were awesome. Not a big fan of the pan fried pork buns though.

Easily one of our favorite places. The food is simple but absolutely delicious and so addicting! After we came here the first time we came at least once a week for about half a year! We've slowed down, but we haven't stopped loving it for the extremely kind and friendly service and the incredible food. Our favorite items are the hot oil seared biang biang and Liang pi. The biang biang noodles are thick and have wonderful flavor. Very full and deep flavor with some saltiness. The Liang pi is prepared different just about every time we visit, but it's always incredible. The acidity, cold temperature, and cucumbers make it extremely refreshing and the gluten pieces provide a contrasting texture. The two of these together have a good balance of flavor and weight. I also strongly recommend the spicy sour potatoes and just about everything else!

Get a Lanzhou beef soup noodle, soup was good, noodle is ok, lower than my bar but probably not bad compare with the Seattle bar for Chinese. The service was what add a lot of star, very considerate and attentive, we really appreciate it

The prices are great for its portion. The flavors are okay, but homey. Friendly service, slow at times. But for the homey feels, variety of little cheap dishes but big portion, five stars. I like the meatball vermicelli soup and lamp skewers.
