Starbucks

Ha, I guess one of the baristas was practicing how to chuck a cup of coffee super fast. She had the coffee bar slide to me lol. Great! I had to clean up the mess because the coffee was spilled all over the cup. Hope she can practice her bar sliding skill with other customers as well, so we all can receive our coffee 0.5 seconds faster! :)

Never been to this location before, Today I placed a mobile order and when I went inside to pick up my order I had the pleasure to been helped by James, who not only has excellent customer service, he made the best coffee I've ever had on Starbucks, and he did that awesome coffee fast with care. Thank you James for making the best coffee I've ever had, and also for being a nice, happy and genuine person.

Friendly service and the beverage came out perfect. The only reason it's just 4 stars is because my drink was made then set off to the side for about five minutes before the barista remembered it and realized it wasn't a to go order then put it in the window. But he did put whipped cream at the bottom of the cup, which was a thoughtful touch.

This locations quality of coffee is getting worst and worst each time I came here. They do not follow the details on your order at all. Sometimes I order multiple times a day at this location because I live close to this location. However, details like honey blend or vanilla syrup are not added to my drink all the times. The coffee tastes burnt and they seem always rushing through your order instead of caring for quality. Please fix this problems.

So I live in Burien. I came up to edmonds this week to teach at Edmonds elementary school and was at Starbucks to get some lunch and coffee before work. I realized I didn't have my cards with me and only had ten dollars to buy everything I needed. I grumbled and had to change my order to just a coffee. Well as I was trying to find a way to pay for my lunch before I changed my order the manager I believe gave me what I ordered. Well he said he would pay for my lunch and made my day. I only had to pay for my coffee. I could not thank him enough it really made my day a good one. Thanks again for your help.
