The reviews were so terrible but we opted to take the risk. Honestly, it was really good pizza. Ordering was a bit unprofessional but delivery was free and they were here within 30 minutes as they promised. Good experience!

Terrible customer service they dont even speak English right. Plus refuses to deliver within the zone that is just horrible as it could be.

Just moved nearby and have ordered 3 times now. They just make a pizza how they want to make it. I ask for a side of garlic sauce and get honey mustard. I ask for cheese and pepper and get no cheese and pepper. I ask for ham on my pizza and they put hamburger on it. My wife ordered a pizza and showed up and they hadn't even started the pizza yet. Ordered again and the forgot the small cheese pizza. This review was well earned. Way to go Simple Simon's Pizza

Ordered at 5:15 for carry out got there at 6 and they had not even started the order yet. Waited for our food and when we got home it was not cooked all the way. We will not be getting food from them again.

Ordered a pizza, they said 30 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and left to pick it up. The drive is about 15 minutes. When I arrived, the middle aged lady told me it would be another 25 minutes! I told her no thanks and she shrugged her shoulders and said "have a great night!". Never again.....

Google says they are open until 10 but they will hang up on you and curse at you if you call at 9:15 on a Saturday night after working 12 hours and ask to order a pizza😖😖😖 truly sad people sign up to do a job and dont hold up their end!!! #losers

On a Monday night I called for a delivery at 6:00 pm. They informed me that it would take about 40-50 minutes which I was perfectly fine with. At 8:00 I called again asking why it was taking over 2 hours to deliver a pizza. They apologized and said I would only have to wait about 20 minutes to receive my pizza. So, at 8:40 I went to call again asking why I was now waiting 2 hours and 40 minutes to receive this pizza. No answer. I called three times from my phone so I could cancel my order that was probably never going to show up in the first place, and every time I was brought to voice message. I then tried to call them using another phone and they magically learned how to answer the phone. This is the absolute worst service I have ever seen for a pizza delivery. I won't be having pizza from here again.

First and only time we will try them. Called and order a calzone and leg pizza told 40 minutes. Get there and never made asked if I was willing to wait asked how long and they said they had just gotten an order in and we're doing it first. Could give a time. Walked out drove to Dan's and order was ready in 20 minutes and awesome food. Lesson learned.
