I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered an iced coffee and was asking for straw. Instead of giving me one, the lady is giving me the direction to get that, which is totally fine. However, the tone is so rude and she basically shouted at me on the direction (which is inside the counter and hard to find). I couldn’t find it within the first 5 seconds and she kept saying ‘here, omg here omg’ while shaking her head. Come on, do you have to treat your customer like that? I would definitely not go here anymore.

Didn't realize a chai latte was 95% milk. There was a solid 2 inches of liquid missing from the top of the cup and I had to ask for some more, except the woman insisted on adding more ice.

Best coffee out of all of the Dunkin Donuts in the area...cleanest and most pleasant staff as well...if you go there frequently they will eventually remember you by name and also what you order so they will see you walk in and have it ready for you.

Giy with glasses is RUDE!! I didn't have EXACT CHANGE and his feelings were hurt. TOSSED the change on my hand and didn't even APOLOGIZE. Not the first time I've experienced this GUYS ATTITUDE. Don't work in customer service if you have A NASTY ATTITUDE about it. Also want to address if he CLEANS HIS HANDS??? I live around the corner but I'll take MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Best Dunkin Donuts in the area...if you frequent there they remember your name and what you normally order...the freshest coffee hands down and the staff keeps the premises extremely clean and organized...will go out of my way to shop at this Dunkin rather than any of the others.
