I will NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION
I am a regular customer at Dunkin’ Donuts. I never go to starbucks cos i love DD.
After having my coffee here i have a 2nd though of giving my money to starbucks.
I have a specific way of my iced coffee. And that is the only way i order every where.
At this specific location (edison oak tree) i am told they cannot make the coffee as i want cos the prices of material is high n the manager has said not to.
If dunkin is already increased the prices of coffee. It should not matter how high the prices of material are.
I will not recommend this location.

Not sure, staff are immature and frustrated personalities. I am seeing them since 7 years. Every time bad experience. Also, two weeks back staff are shouting on other staff members. Since there is no option we are just coming here. Even 1 star is not a good rating for this place. There bathrooms are always not there. I do not like the place.

Orderrd 2 hot large tea. Tea was not hot and was npt brewed properly. It seems the water used to make tea was cold. The tea was tasteless. Well was discarded by me and my wife to garbage can.
I do buy hot tea from dunkin many times and I do know how dunkin tea sbould taste.

Ordered a coffee with a sweetened flavor and there is no sugar in it at all! This location can never get the order right. Very disappointing because it is a convenient location, but I will drive out of my way from now on to go somewhere else.

The hash browns here are delicious, they are not overcooked or undercooked. The staff seems to be friendly.

They made my caramel macchiato just the way I wanted it. The staff could be a little more friendly.
