The food at Panera always gets a thumbs up from me. I wish it wasn't so pricey but with their new coffee subscription its hard to stay away.

I love this location. Panera Bread has good quality food but lacks customer service. You will find dirty tables, garbage under tables, and a dirty bathroom. I did not like when one of waitresses approached my table and requested that we leave a comment on google mentioning her name and her “exceptional” service. I thought it was out of line because we ordered our food at the front desk and she only brought it out to our table. She made it seem as if she actually prepared each meal. Also the drive thru has a very strict attitude when it comes to serving soup. Even if it’s 5 mins before serving soup, they won’t grant your order. I don’t understand that.

Last night we ordered for curbside pickup but had to go inside to actually pick it up. When we reached Panera, we clicked “I’m here” to notify them. However, after waiting for at least 15 mins, we decided to call them because there was no one inside. However, no one answered the call. After waiting another 10-15 minutes, we had to physically go in only to sit our order was sitting on the counter and no one bothered to bring it to the car for “curbside pickup” and mind you, there were two workers standing inside and talking. There were no customers inside the stores so there was no excuse

Wouldn't come back here even if food was free. Paid $50 for food that was supposed to be toasted, had them remake which took a while so in the mean time, ate my bread soup bowl that they wouldn't toast. Wish they specified that when buying it or I wouldn't of got it, bread is to hard to eat, after which our food came out they didnt make them right so went and asked for some things on the side to complete are sandwiches, the woman behind the counter ignored us and just started a conversation with someone else, after two minutes asked her again, another two minutes passed and got are sides but at that time sandwiches were cold. We recommend going somewhere else.

Edison NJ I spent 27$ on two sandwiches two drinks and brownie and I get a long black hair in my food. We just were saying Panera needs to step their game up because the food isn’t worth the money anymore.

I love stopping at this panera everytime I'm on route 1 South heading home. My orders are made to perfection every single time, and their customer service AMAZING! I would highly recommend them
