Ruby Tuesday

Don't ever go here! Not worth the money AT ALL. ordered a Long Island... worst thing I've ever tasted. Server told me they only put "two pours" of liquor and the rest is their house made sour. Disgusting. I used to come to Ruby Tuesday every year for my birthday and this time I came just for a decent dinner with family and it was the worst. The last four stores remaining in Minnesota should be closed. The food is less than mediocre especially for the price. $90 for four people is ridiculous when nobody even enjoyed their meal. Next time I'll go to Applebee's.

The place is going down hill a slow sinking ship best I can say. Service was ok . Had some questions that the bartender asked the manager about changing some items , the Manger did not want to accommodate. Food came out quick. My burger was cooked to order. My wife's was supposed to be medium it was closer to rare. I will survive never going back

I have gone to this Ruby Tuesday many times before, and up until this point my experience has been wonderful. The food is well cooked and tasty. But today, at 4:30 in the afternoon (a very quiet time), there were many waiters and servers walking around and standing in the corner. Yet, it took our personal interference to finally get someone to take our drink order after waiting for a very long time. When we tried to order an appetizer, they said they were out. At 4:30?? I am saddened because this used to be an all-time favorite.

Worst dining experience I have ever had, worst part is, it was on my anniversary. The food came back not how I ordered it. The baked potato with sour cream and butter, the potato was almost cold, the slab of cold butter with the overwhelming amount of sour cream was disgusting. My broccoli came on my plate still in a plastic bag! Never again!

Terrible service, over priced food. First, we said we did not want the free biscuits. The waitress thanked us for telling her, and brought them out a minute later. Secondly, we waited more than ten minutes to get a tiny dish of barbeque sauce. The waitresses walked back and forth in our section, but wouldn't make eye contact with us. We finally stopped her and she brought it, but the food was cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
